The Tap Trailer Experience
We value each and every event we’re privileged to be apart of. We see the experience as a full piece of ensuring that your event is a success, fun, and professional. We take pride in our beverages. Our team is certified in both wine Sommelier and beer Cicerone certified showing knowledge and understanding of our products. We take time to learn about you, your likes and needs and pair the perfect offerings for your event.
We have been serving the greater Portland, Oregon, metro area, from the coast to the hills since 2016. We specialize in weddings, markets and making sure your event goes off perfectly!
We work with local and national brands to source the best products. Ciders, kombucha, beer, wine, bubbly wine, and more.

We launched The Tap Trailer in 2019. The Tap Trailers are an extension of our tap house and restaurant in Newberg, OR, Social Goods Market. Starting with one 6ft x 8ft trailer custom-made for our mission of providing an amazing experience, We as we end 2019, have a fleet of three Tap Trailers. (Four trailers that are pulled behind a vehicle and a third that’s a small format food cart). During this season we’ve had the privilege of working with many different customers. Some key clients:

Either a smaller event of some 50 people or a huge event of 500 plus people. We aim to serve and promote the very best experience for you and your guests! We model different styles of services depending on your needs and wants. We have add-ons including sparkling wine, wines, frozen wines, non-alcoholic options, and very good craft beers. WEDDINGS

CORPORATE EVENTS
Business gatherings with beer and wine can go greatly together when done correctly. We keep a strong professional mindset when working with out corporate clients. These events can be a lot of fun and bring people together too. We can show up for a few hours or a full day depending on your needs. We can even logo our cups with your corporate logo and work to the theme you’re looking for (such as product launch).

PRIVATE EVENTS
Privates events such-as: private parties, coming-home celebrations, birthdays, BBQs, engagement parties, baby showers (yes baby showers), reunion parties and more - are a perfect opportunity to bring in our awesome Tap Trailer and provide guests with a great experience while not having to worry about all the hassle that goes into planning ‘the bar’. We cover the permits, license, products, etc. We can model the event as an ‘open bar’ or ‘pay per pint’ style. It completely depends on your needs and wants. (Parties usually need to have approx 65 guests with a minimum travel/permit fee of approx. $150 depending on location. - This should give you an idea of the cost involved).
NONPROFITS
Without nonprofits this world would be a much darker place. If it’s a gala, fundraiser, donor appreciation event, private staff event or auction item - we want to talk to you and learn more about what you’re doing. We are very happy to help if we can and select nonprofits depending on availability, purpose and mission. Please contact us and let’s talk.

Some of our best partners are the breweries who we proudly serve their beers and products. Sometimes, when a brewery is needing a mobile tap solution, they reach out to us to be that solution. We are happy to work the brewery for their needs and wants at industry pricing. Please contact us to talk shop. (rental for the trailer, unstaffed, starts at $500/daily/you supply kegs/normally to give you some idea of cost).
